Silvia Ferreri studied acting at Rome’s Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, and, among others, was a student of Lina Wertmuller, Giancarlo Giannini and Citto Maselli. Ferreri simultaneously graduated from the Catholic University of Milan with a degree in modern literature, specialising in social and theatrical communication. Since 1999 she has been working as a cinema and television actress, as well as in theatre, and has appeared in numerous Italian and foreign productions. In 2003 she wrote a script for a feature film entitled Sarnano 1944. One Point Two is her first film as a director and screenwriter.
