Barbara Borčič, director of SCCA – Ljubljana was talking about the ways of documentation and archiving of video and it's accessibility. She focused on the usage of video technology in Yugoslavian context of the 70's, when two termins of illustrating the diference between video art and art recorded by video, and the complexity of their relationship were used.
