Synopsis

Bojana Kunst (Slovenia), researcher on the Faculy of Arts in Ljubljana and lecturer of the phD programme Philosophy and the theory of visual culture on the Faculty of Humanities Koper, as well as author of three books and several articles from the field of contemporary performing arts and art theory.

Within the project she outlined the change in the representation of the body within the performing arts based on exapmles of various artworks. If the feminist performance of the 60s centers it's crticital research of representation around the body and the role of women's bodies in art, today the question of nature returns, however, it is fundamentally reconceptualized. Through examples of different art practices she will touch upon various theories of the natural body and try to induct new questions of Her nature into contemporary political and economic context.
